Direct Marketing
Hobsons EMT (Enrolment Management Technology) is a customer
relationship management (CRM) software system. The CRM, coordinated by
the Domestic Student Recruitment team, stores all the undergraduate
prospective student data that is collected through high school visits;
events, expos, campus tours and information sessions; direct marketing
campaigns; and Future Student Enquiries.
There are several elements of the CRM that manage prospective student's
data and marketing communications:
- Ask UniSA
- CareerShop
- UniSA Links Portal
- Direct marketing & future student communication
- Creating and authoring ezines using the CRM
- Direct Marketing briefs and processes
