Geospatial Science
The Bachelor of Geospatial Science offers a blend of the fundamentals of geospatial science with applications in environmental management and modelling. This three year program shares a common first year with the Bachelor of Environmental Science enabling internal transfer between programs at the beginning of second year. The program then focuses on the various elements of geospatial science (GIS, remote sensing, mapping and land surveying). Courses in Mathematics and Applied Physics lay a base for students who wish to progress to a career in Land Surveying and to assist with complex modelling issues.
