EPAS Training

Do I need to complete EPAS training?

Return to: Additional Resources > FAQ (Conditional Evidence & Clinical Placements)

Students will receive email communication from the Clinical Placement Unit if required to complete this training module. Training takes any anywhere between 1&1/2 to 4 hrs to complete.  Students experiencing issues can post these on the ‘Issue Forum’ which is available on the training module

The email will contain a link that you are to click on that will take you to the training module.  Students are then required to log onto the training site and follow instructions provided in email from CPU.  When you click on the Nursing and Midwifery Students training module after following email instructions, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page to commence module 1.
You will need to send a scanned copy of your certificate to CPU for activation of your EPAS account.

EPAS training has only been released in a number of SA Health venues.  Students who do not complete the training as instructed will result in the venue refusing you access to your clinical placement.
