Special Occasion Bookings
Sessions run for 60 minutes. Shorter or longer sessions are available upon request. A private session will provide a unique experience for couples or very small groups and content can be tailored to the celebration including special projections onto the dome. The Planetarium is available for private bookings 7 days a week from 10am - Evening (by appointment).Private Bookings
Private sessions are an intimate session for a maximum of 4 people. The Adelaide Planetarium can provide a unique venue for a special occasion. Anniversaries, special birthdays, proposals, corporate rewards are all a great occasions to book the Planetarium for a private session. The unique venue will offer an experience unlike your ordinary celebration.
Birthday Bookings
The planetarium does not offer any party room facilities however is available to book for a birthday celebration. There are plenty of lawn areas around campus with outdoor tables and chairs that you may choose to use for picnics or cakes. There are also local playgrounds in and around Mawson Lakes such as Mobara Park which has toilet and BBQ facilities.
