- Announcements don't clog up your inbox, you can access them whenever you want and they don't take up space in your email

- Away for a while? Don't worry you can locate Announcements for a specified period through an easy interface
Alerts
Need to know when and where your attention is needed? Alerts are immediately visible on the myUniSA Home page without any need to search for them or keep track of what is due:
- Don't lose that excess accumulated leave because you forgot about it! myUniSA notifies you when you have excess leave that needs to be taken
- Hate it when you suddenly find you have exceeded your mailbox quote? myUniSA lets you avoid that situation by automatically displaying a warning when your mailbox is getting full - before it overflows
