Research and Consultancy Project Management
The guidelines for the management of research and consultancy projects are set out in the Research and Consultancy Project Management Guidelines. These guidelines should be read in conjunction with the University Activities – Research and Consultancy Guidelines.
Research Administration System
The University uses ResearchMaster (RME6) to record and manage all research projects, consultancy, training and testing activities. The system is also used to assist the business units with their research and consultancy revenue forecasting and ensure that the project management guidelines are followed.
RIS is responsible for the monitoring and administration of the system and associated processes and provides support and advice to the business unit teams in Divisions and Institutes and coordinates training of team members.
