PQS reporting

The Research Information Officer is responsible for preparing ad-hoc PQS report requests for UniSA Staff. All requests are to be forwarded via email. All requests are generally responded to within three to four business days.

The method for reporting PQS data is via Impromptu reports. The Impromptu reports can be downloaded to Excel spreadsheets to enable the requester of the report to manipulate the data accordingly.

BI Reporting

UniSAinfo Reporting is a web based management reporting environment designed to operate using Internet Explorer 5.5 or above. We are able to generate simple or complex information tailored to our local area, using data from individual corporate systems such as the Project Quality System (PQS) and others.

We have developed and published the following reports in this environment and have provided the user with the freedom to manipulate data for their own requirements. Please note: To view these reports you must have appropriate access to the Project Quality System (PQS). To gain access you need to contact the Research Information Officer. In your request you must state that you also require access to the online UniSAinfo reports.
