Step 7: provide documentation

Congratulations on being eligible (Step 1), deciding on a suitable program (Step 2), finding a supervisor (Step 3), finding a scholarship (Step 4), organising supporting statements (Step 5), and applying online (Step 6)! All you need to do now is provide copies of your documentation.

What information must I provide?

You will need to provide the Graduate Research Centre with:

  • transcripts of undergraduate, honours and postgraduate courses undertaken (even if not completed)
  • certification of English language proficiency (if relevant)
  • passport details (if you are an international applicant)

The Graduate Research Centre requests that you create PDF files of your documents and email these to research_degrees@unisa.edu.au. You will receive an auto-response from the Graduate Research Centre confirming receipt of your email.

The Graduate Research Centre may wish to view the original documents. If you are living in Adelaide, you could bring them to the Graduate Research Centre in the SM Building, 29 North Terrace, City West campus. If you are not living in Adelaide, you can make sure that they are certified by a Justice of the Peace (Australia) or similar (that is, the equivalent in your country).
