The
Joyner Scholarships are offered at all three South Australian
universities (provided appropriate disciplines are available). The
information given here is only relevant to applicants pursuing a higher
degree through the University of South Australia. The scholarships are
separated into three distinct research areas - creative arts,
science and law.
When applying for an APA or USAPA the top ranking students in a fine arts discipline will be considered for this award. It is valued at 10% above the current APA rate.
When applying for an APA or USAPA the top ranking students in a science discipline will be considered for this award. It is valued at 10% above the current APA rate.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia and should hold or expect to hold a First Class Honours degree or equivalent thereof. Applicants must be acceptable to commence enrolment in a higher degree by research in the following year.
