Human Research Ethics Workshop - The University of South Australia, the University of Adelaide and Flinders University invite all higher degree by research (HDR) students from these three institutions to a one day workshop on research ethics and integrity.
Current HDR students who are undertaking research projects which require human research ethics approval are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop. Non-HDR students whose current program of study requires an application for ethics approval may also be eligible, pending confirmation from their supervisor.
The HDR Human Research Ethics Workshop will be held on Thursday 14 June 2018 from 9:00am to 5:00pm at the UniSA City East Campus, Basil Hetzel Building, Frome Road, Room H2-02. - Animal Ethics Training Day, “THE USE OF ANIMALS IN RESEARCH & TEACHING – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW”, will be held on 13th April 2018, in the Auditorium, SAHMRI Building, North Terrace, Adelaide.
The course, from 8.30 a.m. until 1.00 p.m., is for staff and Honours/post-graduate students who are or will be using animals for research or teaching and who have not undergone animal ethics training in South Australia within the last 5 years.
Registrations are open from 20/11/17 until 12/04/2018.
- The Biosafety Information Day will be held on 24 April 2018, in Building HB, North Terrace, Adelaide, between 9:30am to 12:30 pm.
It is highly recommended for new biological post-graduate students and staff who haven’t attended in over five years.
