In conjunction with the UniSA Health Medical Clinic
and BUPA, the University's Wellbeing program is providing staff the
opportunity to receive a free four strain influenza (flu) vaccination.

Mt Gambier and Whyalla staff, please request a
voucher from your local administrator and click on
White Chemmart to book an appointment at your local chemist.
To book a flu shot appointment at one of the campus locations please visit the UniSA Medical Clinic website http://www.unisamedical.com.au/book-online-flu-season/ for online bookings and follow the prompts for Flu Shot bookings.
Call 1300 172 996 if you have any problems booking online.
On the day of your flu shot appointment:
1. Your Staff ID Card
2. Your Medicare Card
1. Please assist us by wearing clothing that allows easy access to your upper arm
2. Please allow 15 minutes waiting time after your flu shot.
If you do not attend your appointment, and haven't
informed us at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time, you will be
charged a $20 Did Not Attend (DNA) fee which is payable before any future
appointments can be made.
