The class schedule is the foundation for online class component level enrolment. The success of enrolment relies heavily on the accuracy and completeness of the class schedule at the time enrolment commences. All classes, whether they have been timetabled in Syllabus Plus or are external, offshore or research are all set-up and maintained within the class schedule. School timetablers, offshore student advisers and research services are all responsible for ensuring the class schedule is accurate prior to enrolment.
On campus classes will be imported into Medici from Syllabus Plus via the EMU interface, additional information required for enrolment are then manually added to classes by school class schedulers.
