Casual invigilators

What is an invigilator?
Invigilators provide assistance and supervision at examinations to ensure accurate and efficient venue preparation, friendly customer service, and adherence to all examination policy and procedures.

Exams are held regularly throughout the year at various locations in the Adelaide metropolitan area, Mount Gambier and Whyalla noting that there are a limited number of positions available at the two regional areas. Invigilators are required to have full availability during these periods and must be available to work shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm Monday - Saturday. A typical shift would be 5 hours in duration.

How do I apply?
Invigilators are hired on a casual basis and are appointed annually. Adelaide positions are advertised during August of each year via the e-recruitment process. Mount Gambier and Whyalla recruitment is managed locally also via the e-recruitment process. Applications are processed and selection is conducted via a shortlisting process and the resulting group interviews which assesses applicant's competency against the selection criteria.
