Program and courses

The programs and courses reference tables in Medici contain comprehensive information pertaining to individual programs and courses. These details are obtained through the University's program and course approval process and are recorded in the database following approval.

These reference tables are a fundamental part of the student records system and the details contained in them inform other functions that are carried out in the system including admissions, enrolment, academic advisement, class scheduling, timetabling, examinations, graduations, student contributions and fees processing. They also store information that the University must report to DEEWR.

Some of these details are downloaded into other databases and determine what can be seen on the Web and what will print in the Calendar. These outputs also contain information from the UniSAnet database.
