Class Schedule

Spledici

This two part training session is for all timetabling staff involved with preparing timetabled classes for enrolment. Includes scheduling non-timetabled classes. Register for both Part 1 and 2 for your division.

Spledici - Division of BUE

Staff are required to attend both sessions.

Class Schedule and Enrolment - Offshore and Research

This training is compulsory for all new staff responsible for scheduling offshore and research classes in Medici. Attendance is required at one session only.

Setting up of non-timetabled classes in Medici class schedule. Aimed primarily at TSS and research administrative staff. Staff involved in creating domestic non-timetabled classes would also benefit. Second half of session covers enrolment.

This training is for Campus Central staff (attendance required at one session only).

The training provides participants with the skills and knowledge to carry out the enrolment related functions in Medici and familiarises participants with the myEnrolment environment.

Exams Management Training

This training is for school administration staff responsible for exam management (attendance required at one session only). 

The training covers exam management procedures for the collection of exam data, related Medici processes and an overview of the Exams SharePoint site.

Medici Access Training - Online

Before you can be granted a log on to Medici you need to successfully complete the Introduction to Medici version 9.0 training and pass the assessment.

It is vital that the data entry standards for Medici are adhered to at all times.  Incorrect data entry can cause major issues for government reporting and official documentation (e.g. parchments, transcripts).  Please ensure you read the Principles for data entry standards in Medici document prior to applying for access to Medici.

Student Finance

Timetabling 

New Timetablers are required to attend the New Timetablers training sessions. This training will provide staff with a basic understanding of Syllabus Plus and their role as a Timetabler. New Timetablers are required to attend Session 1 and Session 2.

Timetabling staff with previous experience using Syllabus Plus should attend the specific Division based training. It is mandatory for timetabling staff to attend the first 3 sessions, while Session 4 is optional.
