Focus for 2009 to 2012
Service Improvement activities will be completed on a Division-by-Division project basis as detailed below:
- May 2009 - October 2010: Service Improvement project activities in the Division of IT, Engineering and the Environment
- July 2010 - June 2011: Service Improvement project activities in the Division of Education, Arts and Social Sciences
- July 2011: Commencement of Service Improvement project activities in the Division of Health Sciences
- February 2012: Planned implementation of the new professional staff organisation structure and administrative processes for Marketing and International teams in the Division of Health Sciences
- April 2012: Planned implementation of the new professional staff organisation structure and administrative processes for all other teams in the Division of Health Sciences
- 2012: Service Improvement project activities in the Division of Business.
