Principles of Lean Thinking
The University of South Australia's Strategic Partnerships unit in conjunction with world renowned Lean thinkers, researchers, educators and authors, is delivering the internationally acclaimed Principles of Lean Thinking course here in Australia:
This course is designed to provide participants with a broad
understanding of the Lean Principles, methods and practices to assist
enterprises with their Lean implementation, creation of Lean champions,
improvement leaders, change managers for increased productivity and customer
value.
Our presenters include the the co-founder of the Lean Enterprise Research Centre at Cardiff University, Professor Peter Hines and Chris Butterworth and Gary Griffiths from the internationally based Lean consultancy firm SA Partners LLP.
Satisfactory completion of course assessment can provide credit into the MBA or Master of Management programs.
