Lean Leadership
The University of South Australia's Strategic Partnerships unit in conjunction with world renowned Lean thinkers, researchers, educators and authors, is delivering the internationally acclaimed Lean Leadership course here in Australia:
This course is designed to provide participants with a broad understanding of the Lean Principles in a high level 3 day workshop designed for senior staff as a major stepping stone on a journey to creating a Lean Enterprise in their own organisation.
Our presenters will be the internationally renowned Lean experts, Professor Peter Hines, co-founder of the Lean Enterprise Research Centre at Cardiff University, and his colleague, Chris Butterworth from the United Kingdom.

This 3 day program is for Directors, Chief Executives and Executive and Senior Managers to manage a Lean Enterprise transformation in their organisations, and is based on the Shingo Prize Winning book "Staying Lean".
