Team UniSA-Australia

Team UniSA first entered the Santos Tour Down Under (STDU) in 2001 which was the third year of the event. In 2006, the race classification was elevated to Hors Categorie and Team UniSA became the official Australian National Team, taking on the name Team UniSA-Australia. In 2008 the STDU joined the prestigious UCI ProTour; the first event outside cycling's traditional home of Europe to do so. In November 2010, the UCI, combined the ProTour, Grand Tour and Historical calendars all together under one category, the UCI WorldTour.

The University of South Australia (UniSA) proudly supports the National Team and the STDU, and its Supporters’ Club is open to anyone who wants to support our team. To join the Team UniSA-Australia Supporters’ Club, click here.
