William Clarke
After a breakthrough season in 2011 over in Europe and here in Australia, and an exceptional show at the National Championships earlier this month, Clarke is a valued member of Team UniSA-Australia for the 2012 Santos Tour Down Under. He is no stranger to the Tour after taking part last year with Leopard-Trek, and, now having moved to China-based team Champion System, Clarke is looking to make an even bigger mark on the international stage. 2010 saw the 26-year-old dominate in Belgium with six wins as well as winning overall, including several stages of the Tour of the Southern Grampians back home, and he will be hoping to continue this form. Clarke secured his spot after coming fifth in a very strong field at the National Road Championships.
