The Office for Learning and Teaching (OLT) - Grants, Fellowships and Secondments

The national grants, fellowships and secondments are administered by the OLT on behalf of DEEWR.

Learning and Teaching Grants

Funding is provided for innovation and development, strategic priorities, seed projects, leadership, extension and special initiatives grants.

Fellowships

Up to five national teaching fellowships and up to five mid-career fellowships will be available in 2012.

Secondments

A number of secondments to The Office for Learning and Teaching will be available in 2012.

Information on previous grants and fellowships is available through the ALTC website.  A summary of recently completed projects and resources is also available.  Instructions on how to apply for grants, fellowships and secondments will be available at the end of November 2011 and will be advertised on this website.  In the meantime, enquiries can be directed to Associate Professor Gavin Sanderson, Deputy Director, Learning and Teaching Unit.

Important dates

Prior to submission, applicants are strongly advised to discuss their applications with the Learning and Teaching Unit (see contact above). All OLT applications are subject to an internal review process and require University endorsement.
