Health and Wellbeing

Your health and wellbeing is important. If you have good physical, mental and emotional wellbeing it follows that you will have higher energy levels, be able to better deal with life’s challenges, and generally be happier . . . not to mention do better at uni!

Wellbeing is more than just physical and mental health. If you think about it, your wellbeing is influenced by many things:

  • what you do each day
  • the relationships in your life
  • your satisfaction with your standard of living
  • how you participate in life and deal with life’s challenges
  • your health and energy levels

The demands of study can make it hard to sustain a focus on your health and wellbeing. But a big part of being able to do your best at university is learning to strike the right balance.
