Our flexible working practices allow you to be there when you need to be. In addition to standard allowances for recreation, sickness and long service leave, we provide a range of leave options for special circumstances – including foster parent leave, partner leave and family responsibility leave.
Having a child is an exciting time in anyone’s life. But it can also prove financially and mentally stressful. We offer 16 weeks’ maternity leave with full pay, plus 12 weeks’ at half pay after a year’s continuous service. Once you’re ready to return, we can provide a phased-in option to help you get back into the swing of things at the right pace. Pre-natal leave of six days is also available. It goes without saying that on-site or nearby to all of our campuses are safe childcare facilities, again giving you peace of mind as you rejoin the workforce.
